The Bayne Foundation is a private, 501(c)(3) family foundation, not-for-profit philanthropic organization, founded by William and Elizabeth Bayne in 2013.
The Bayne Foundation does not operate its own programs, but performs its mission by funding proven programs through non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations.

Co-Founders
William Bayne is the co-founder of Micro Center, a chain of retail computer department stores, with 26 stores in 17 states. Bill served in the US Army, where he was a computer programmer, returning home to study computer science at The Ohio State University. An avid pilot, Bill dedicates much of his time volunteering in the sky, providing free, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions.
Elizabeth Bayne is a graduate of DePauw University and earned her MBA from Ashland University. She is a passionately involved member of her community, where she serves as a board member for the Whitefish Community Foundation on the Grants Committee and the Scholarship Committee, and on the Board of Trustees for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), a non-profit child advocacy program. An avid athlete, Betsy dedicates much of her time to raising awareness and funding for community needs through her participation in biking and hiking events, as well as more traditional philanthropic endeavors.
